Okay, I have been making fraction worksheets/games for my third year now. They were all over the place. I have now combined most of my fraction math station games into one Mega Fraction Packet.
There a total of 6 games that review the following
- naming equal parts
- unit fractions
- finding part of a group
- find the whole
- comparing fractions
These games are intended to be used at math stations, so please don’t expect the students to spend more than 15/20 minutes on them. I did add some early finisher activities for some of them. See below for more details…

Here is my first game: Equal Parts. Please excuse the blurry pictures that were taken in bad lighting. Students match the equal parts, word, and picture. There is also a recording sheet for them to use.

Second Game: Find Part of a Group: This game has 4 problems that walk them through the process. There is then 2 problems that they can figure out using the little critters.

Third Station: Find the Whole – Again, this station has 4 problems that walk them through the process. The last two word problems they are to use the little critters to solve.

Fourth Math Station: Fractions Challenge! Comparing Fractions Here the students shuffle the fraction cards and pick a card. The students with the bigger fraction gets 2 points, the other student gets 1. There is a recording sheet for them to use.

5th Math Station : This is a board game with 18 cards that review finding the part of a group and finding the whole when given a part. This station has an answer key.

6th Station: Name the part – Students name the fraction. There are also lego ‘blocks’ that they can use to make their own – plus a recording sheet. This stations has an answer key.
Below is how I organize my stations:

I loves these envelopes, because you can see what game is inside, no need to put anything outside. If you are interested in purchasing the 6 pack math stations please visit my TPT store. You can download the last math station (naming the parts) for free here.
